Recruitment Methodology Evaluation and screening process is on par with standard recruitment procedures, which are carried out by our experienced HR’s. Our recruiters evaluate the candidate’s background, desired career goals, immediate project goals, interpersonal communication skills and attitude. Once the recruiter has evaluated these criteria and articulated our client's goals and objectives, a decision is made to pursue with selected candidates.
Then the list of aspirants is tested in technical and general aspects to screen them for next step of recruitment i.e. interviews. In interviews we assess the aspirant’s communication skills and personality management. Final list is dealt with pay fixation, which will be in accordance with the client’s requirements.
